What do the Wands cards mean in the tarot? Listen to this episode to learn how to know what your tarot cards mean in any spread you cast, in every tarot reading you give.

Mandy and I are doing a new series of tarot card interpretations without formula, memorization, or bad storytelling. Originally we were going to try to get through the entire suit of Wands but it turns out that we can only get though five cards at a time while also showing you real professional techniques of card interpretation.

So it looks like this series will go on for a while. In this episode we looked at the Ace, two, three, four, and five of Wands in ways that you won't find in any tarot book. Yes, we show you the card meanings, but we don't trap you into seeing card interpretations a s set in stone. Along the way we talked just a little about history as well, just to put everything into context.

Your tarot cards are easy to understand if you spend some quality time absorbing what is going on inside each image on each card, and then applying these activities and attitudes to real-world events and attitudes. This is easy and makes your readings far more accurate, fun, and highly detailed. If you have any questions at all please post a comment and we will make sure that we answer your question. Thanks for being here.

Yesterday Mandy was paid to use her tarot skills in a "team building event" by a wellness center in her area. The full details are included in the audio lesson but the gist of it is that Mandy was hire to use the tarot to entertain and motivate employees to work together more efficiently.

Mandy describes how she was originally going to take the (traditional) easy route and just give everyone there readings, but as she did her research she had an epiphany to make the whole experience interactive. Using her cards as a catalyst for interaction she taught the employees of her client the very basics of the tarot and shepherded them through some easy exercises and games. When she went off to give each participant a hands-on reading she left the others with cards and something to do.

The idea was not to teach the employees of the wellness center "how to read tarot cards," but instead to help them realize how much more is inside them and how to tap into their innate intuitive abilities to better work together and be able to assist their clients more thoroughly. The event was a HUGE hit and everyone went home happy (and Mandy had her first corporate gig under her belt).

This lesson is an examination of what she did there and how she got the gig in the first place. You can follow along and see the exact steps that led directly to her being offered the job. This is where you want to be in your career's evolution. At some point you need to explore the horizons far beyond the shelter of the psychic hotlines or reading only for friends and family—or at psychic fairs.

There is BIG MONEY to be made using your cards for corporate and charity events and the attendees there are usually mid- to high-networth individuals who can (and often do) become your private clients. This is a short lesson but one filled with real-world, real-life examples that is valuable both now ("the day after") and well into the future. In this lesson, if you pay close attention, you will find out EXACTLY how to do this for yourself; what steps to take in what order, and how to maximize your results. If you have any trouble doing this join our family and let us help you. Thanks for being here :-)

Mandy’s stall update! Last week we explored Mandy’s giant step from reading on the psychic phone lines to opening up her own retail location. After doing due diligence and solid business research Mandy chose to set up shop one day a week (to start) at a busy marketplace. This lowered her start-up expenses and recurring overhead while putting her front and center in front thousands of real potential clients every week. It also let her keep her day job.

Only you can decide which path is best for you. Some students love reading from home over Skype, by phone, or through a professional tarot reading service. For others swap meets, boardwalks, farmers markets or psychic fairs offer better results. Our goal here is to help you understand your options and in our course at easytarotlessons.com we teach you how to do all of this and more (just show up, learn, practice  and ask questions).

If you ever want to read tarot for the general public, you need to listen to this episode. Mandy shares her secrets for creating the right atmosphere for attracting clients while Dusty injects his real-world experiences with running a retail business. Reading the tarot is a fun job, but it is still a job. From doing the research for the best location to perfecting your presentation we go through many of the details you should know before opening up your retail shop. If you need to know more, sign up for the course at www.easytarotlessons.com. This public service is free information for the public to help raise the quality level of readings tarot clients get all over the world.

After exploring the retail side of tarot we look at Mandy’s questions on what to do when a card doesn’t make sense in a tarot spread. I walk Mandy through the process of going through the various passes you go through in each reading (find out all of this and more in Advanced Tarot Secrets). As always, we are happy to answer your questions. We are here to help you make sense of the tarot, build your skills and confidence and if you like: go pro.

Thanks for being here :-)
