"Major" Arcana cards are your friends!

Today Iris and I explored some of the reasons the Major and Minor arcana (Trumps and Pips) have been separated by tarot readers.  We discussed how "the Journey of the Fool" came about and how it does not apply to everyday life and valid readings for an average client. We also explored how the trumps are made out to be so much more important than the pips. We hope this helps you become less intimidated by the major arcana by seeing how each card is as valuable as the other in its own right.

Tarot cards and the four elements

Iris and Sharon asked me to explain the use of elements in the Tarot pips (minor arcana). We address important questions like :

"Why are the elements connected to the pip suits?"

"How do they relate to each suit?"

"What extra info can we draw from our cards using these concepts?"

If you are wondering "What the heck does this even mean?" or if you think you already know how to make use of this incredible tool,  join us in our discovery of how to become a better reader!

Thanks for being here! :-)

We had some fun talking about what superstitions we fought with while trying to learn tarot - those we discarded and those we kept.  We talked about why we kept some of them due to personal reasons and why we discarded those that interrupted or impeded our readings.

Learn about gypsy secrets, pet beliefs, and baseball mitts!  This covers a plethora of beliefs and gives you the ability to understand what superstitions harm your tarot skills.
